Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within Poland.

International Shipping: Available within the European Union (EU) only.

Shipping Rates

Poland: Standard shipping rates apply to all orders within Poland. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

EU Countries: International shipping rates apply for deliveries outside Poland but within the EU. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and varies based on destination and order size.

Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Custom orders are processed after individual arrangement.

Orders placed after 2 PM CET or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Time

Domestic (Poland): Typically, 2-4 business days after dispatch.

EU Countries: Typically, 2-8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status (unless a delivery without tracking has been chosen).

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to non-EU countries. Please check back for updates as we expand our delivery options.

Lost or Damaged Items

If an item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order details and photos, if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
